What should I do before emergency services arrive?
Depending on the cause of loss and breadth of the damages, the actions you can take vary widely. A google search or short call with our office will give you the answers you're looking for.
How long will the process take?
Depending on the cause of loss and breadth of the damages, the time to restore can vary anywhere between a day to multiple months.
Why haven't all my belongings been returned to me?
We do our best to salvage as many items as possible, however, items deemed non-restorable (i.e. contaminated with black water) must be disposed of.
I'm worried it's not safe to live in my home, what should I do?
Unless told your home is unfit for occupation, you should be able to proceed as usual. Still, if you are uncomfortable and have additional living expenses coverage something may be worked out between you and your insurer.
